The Government of India had made it mandatory for PAN holders to link their PAN with the Aadhar by 30th Jun 2023. If you have not yet linked it, then your PAN has been converted to “Inoperative” by the Income Tax department from 1st Jul 2023.

As a result, you will no longer be able to use your PAN. TDS on your earnings from dōTERRA will be deducted @20% instead of 5%. Further, additional TDS will have to be deducted on your earning for the period Jul-23 to Sep-23. We urge you to complete the PAN – Aadhar linking urgently to enjoy the benefit of lower TDS deduction of 5%. The PAN – Aadhar linking process is provided here for your easy reference.
